The perfect world of noise.cash, a utopian reflection

I was thinking about the noise.cash rules that have bothered some of us because we feel it takes away our freedom a little bit or we simply resist change, then I see the results and my conclusion is:

We have a community where we can indeed write whatever we want about the topic we are passionate about, without violence, without exaggerated sensuality, without attacking our peers; yes we disagree, yes we think differently, yes we discuss those differences but with respect for each other.

How wonderful! I think and why don't we extrapolate this, to the world out there? To our neighbors, to our community. It would be the perfect society.

Let's imagine this situation: we live in a free society where we can do what we want but if we fully follow the rules of coexistence we will be rewarded; otherwise we will not be punished (of course crimes are punished) but neither will we be privileged with those tangible gifts and without a doubt we will live better and in community. I know that many will think, "that is dictatorship" "single thinking"; I say, are we not equally governed by norms and rules where we are equally limited and most of the times, we are only punished? Where sometimes the only motivation we have to do or not to do is fear? In this utopian society born from my imagination, there is no distinction of race, creed, religion, sex, or thought and the only rule to be rewarded is respect for others, and in addition you can come and go and go whenever you want.

Could it be that the psychology of behaviorism was right? Is it that as obedient children we do our homework quickly and nicely, to get that chocolate?

What similar experiments do you know of? What would be the advantages and disadvantages of such a society?
