Human Immune System; How it works?
In general aspect autoimmune disease is a condition of the body, in which immune system mistakenly considers its own healthy tissue as foreign tissue and attack on them. The autoimmune disease leads to inflammation in the parts of the body. How much the autoimmune system of a person is strong and how does it react against any disease. It is called as natural defense system of the human body. The autoimmune system is diseases cannot be cured and conditions can be controlled in several situations.
Multiple Sclerosis
Disability of the central nervous system such as the brain and spinal cord leads to cause Multiple sclerosis. In this disease, the protective sheath of myelin is attacked by the immune system, myelin is the sheath that covers the fibers of nerves and leads to problems in communication between the body and the brain. Ultimately, this disease causes permanent damage to nerves or deterioration of nerves. The signs and symptoms of multiple sclerosis vary from person to person and depend on how much damage to nerves takes place. Symptoms include electric shocks in the body, weakened limbs, blurred vision, and slurry speech. Severe symptoms include the ability to walk independently lost, while some may experience remission in long term without any symptoms. Until now, there is no proper cure for multiple sclerosis. Yet there are many treatments that lead to a speedy recovery and adapt and manage symptoms.
Immunodeficiency Disorder
Immunodeficiency disorder defines as a disorder that prevents the body from fighting against infectious diseases. This type of disorder makes a person more vulnerable to catching various bacterial and viral diseases. There are two types of an immunodeficiency disorders such as congenital and acquired. Congenital acts as a primary disorder, in a person born with it. The acquired act is a secondary disorder that a person gets later in their life.

My knowledge of these years is that the immune system attacks only external or outside or the clinical term is foreign bodies didn't ever think that it will affect it own cells but it sure makes clear sense now.
