Easy ingredients and easy to prepare! This dish is famous in every filipino household- adobo!

Ingredients

1 kg chicken/pork meat

1 head of garlic

1 head of onion

2 stalks of shallot

1 cup of water

6 tbsp of vinegar

3 tbsp of soy sauce

3 tbsp of vehetable oil

1tbsp of peppercorn

1tbsp of sugar

Procedures:

  1. In a heat pan put the oil. Saute the onion until translucent. Put the garlic until golden brown. Then put the chicken and saute a little while.

  2. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, shallots and peppercorn and mix well.

  3. Add water and sugar. Let it boil and reduced until sticky.

Serve it with rice and enjoy! This delectable dish is a well known “food for all season” among pinoys. May it be an ordinary day or special occasion, adobo is the best!
