Calisthenics Rings Training To My Song, 'On Me'

Another day down! Been at the rings for about a month now and seeing and feeling results. ⚡️ Consistency is the key ⚡️

Rings are much harder than using the straight bar, and I love the extra mobility that these create. Exercises are pullups, L-Sits to dips, and chinups.
