the level of poverty in Africa,is alarming and worrisome.hunger,life expectancy and civil wars,is pummeling Africa and her chances of progress.the western powers equally are not helping matters due their illicit support for corrupt political system .Africa,is not helping herself due tribal wars and lack of industrial developments.
