Good morning dear friends, today I want to introduce myself as you may notice I am new to this website, by the recommendations I have of this page I decided to start exploring it, learn and share information to your liking.
For many years I specialize in the children's area especially because it is an area that has a lot to start, as we all know working with children is literally working with developing personalities that is still a long way to go, my job is to encourage and enrich through play and sport. By achieving feedback through different activities, the children have the opportunity to share with other children of their age and at the same time they enjoy a pleasant moment.
We also try to include the parents in the activities, I like parents and children to have a good connection, as throughout their life this will become stronger or it also happens that they need reinforcement, as some parents don't know how to encourage their child to feel confident in themselves and their parents.
sport has great benefits, it allows us to meet other people, it facilitates the way to create habits and also to get the best performance through the game, in various conversations with other recreationalists, we have come to the conclusion that all sports have a benefit for the different characteristics of the person, so every time we are going to perform a sporting exercise, we observe and take note of those who have greater skill so we can focus more easily in that area.
here we can see the dynamic in question, the children had to create a map, this map had to be made by a group of children, each one placed what was important to them, somehow we managed to link each drawing into one, creating a map of all of them, what we try to achieve with this type of activity is to encourage social development through drawing, that is, each drawing has the opportunity to experience communication with another, without causing any harm, The infantile stage is very marked the I, it is not that the children want in if it is part of the biological formation of each one when one is a child wants everything for himself and nobody else, what we try to achieve with these activities is that they can work in team without rejection of the other for not wanting to share, the prize of this activity, is that each group after realizing the map, had to expose that it had done and because if the drawing managed to complement itself in a suitable way then that group would be the winner. As the activity itself is not about creating a competition but more of an equality, it was decided to make it an equality, since in itself, the activity was the biggest prize.
On the other hand, also as reinforcement we used the parents as positive reinforcement, each parent hugged their child and dedicated some words, in this way as I mentioned before, we achieved that the bond of parents and child is strengthened and they have a greater unity.
here we can see the dynamic in question, the children had to create a map, this map had to be made by a group of children, each one placed what was important to them, in some way we managed to link each drawing into a single one, creating a map of all of them, what we try to achieve with this type of activity is to encourage social development through drawing, that is, each drawing has the opportunity to experience communication with another, without causing any harm, The infantile stage is very marked the I, it is not that the children want in if it is part of the biological formation of each one when one is a child wants everything for himself and nobody else, what we try to achieve with these activities is that they can work in team without rejection of the other for not wanting to share, the prize of this activity, is that each group after realizing the map, had to expose that it had done and because if the drawing managed to complement itself of suitable way then that group would be the winner. This is one of my favourite games, the circle of coexistence, each child and parents participate, it is similar to the typical game of the potato, only that the person must walk around the circle until they guess a riddle, or it can also be an educational question, I like it because the children are demanding, they know that they must think well and at the same time walk, they must also be quick, because otherwise if the time to answer runs out, they will be eliminated, part of the game also consists of strengthening communication between them, any group can help the child who has been chosen and help him or her, Many of us don't like to put ourselves in other people's shoes, we even avoid doing this kind of actions in a certain way, what we try to do with this game is the opposite, to encourage companionship, so that each child feels responsibility for the others, The irrational fear is lost the moment you do this activity, another area that also has benefits is the child's self-esteem, being able to show themselves to other children encourages them to be able to speak freely without fear in front of a crowd, being able to live with other children also motivates them to make a greater effort and have better results.
Over the years I have worked in this area I have seen that exposing children at an early age to other children determines their leadership in the long term, their skills and abilities are exposed and they can have more control over their future development.
We also use a fictitious monetary system that helps them to be able to manage and administer by themselves, creating awareness from a young age of how to know how to administer themselves will help them in the future to have better wealth, to be able to buy and save at the same time, to know and recognise that there are necessary expenses and expenses that are unnecessary will help them to make better decisions.
The role play that we maintain within the youth community encourages them to be able to behave as such in different environments, all according to the need, another area it stimulates is empathy for others, to be able to understand others and think not for themselves but more for the community itself, it helps them to be true responsible adults.
I like to be able to share with them, to transmit all the necessary knowledge through play is fundamental for me and for my colleagues who each do what they can to make it all work, if you wonder what we get, my work is rewarding, the feeling of doing something worthwhile and good for a better future really motivates us, this whole initiative arises after observing how the society that comes, carries so many maladaptive and not very positive behaviours.
to end a fun day full of learning, we end with a closing with positive feedback, each child has the opportunity to talk and expose what they felt during the activities, what they liked and what they didn't like, educational activities have more meaning if you can combine education with play, according to the children the activities are much more entertaining and dynamic, they say they can play for hours and at the same time learn something positive for us as their recreationalists and educators.
our aim is to educate through play, to encourage and develop their skills, education today is very square, said properly by a representative, children on the other hand with technology have advanced more, education should be promoted according to the time, look for simple and practical solutions that achieve the goal is all a goal.
AS AN ORGANISATION WE STILL HAVE A LOT OF GROWING TO DO, WE WANT TO ACHIEVE A MUCH MORE DYNAMIC WAY OF LEARNING, TO IMPLEMENT ROLES THAT EXPOSE THESE CHILDREN TO AREAS THAT THEY DO NOT YET HANDLE, TO BRING REALITY THROUGH PLAY AS A MEANS OF LEARNING, IS OUR FUTURE.
