Since I don't have MS License for permanent usage, I decided to follow Ate @Usagi's recommendation about acquiring a MS License. The instructions are bit confusing, but at least I did it. I will be using it for my study purposes. I think that purchasing this is already a good choice. If I were not mistaken, it is lifetime guaranteed. I don't need to be worried about my files anymore.

Same thought as @linoasis. I also think that it is only the installer because, if you will purchase the license MS product. It's really pricey. If you'll have the MS with you, no need to purchase that one. But, if it's really needed, then go for it.
