My cousin does not want to contact the contact support of coins.ph because he said that he have obligations that he needs to do. As I said, if you will do it later, there is a chance that the scenario will happen again. I remember that I said that he should transfer his money on bitcoin.com and convert some of his earnings but he did not followed me. He only converted half of his earnings and convert 100 pesos. So in the end, his account is not eligible to get crypto transaction.
