I just published an article yesterday, and I feel bad since I couldn't comment. It states that I have low resource credits. To be honest, I don't have an idea how to add RC, so I can interact with other users. Should I press the delegate in the second photo? After putting correct tags and introduction today, I finally gained an attention to many users. Your resource credits recharge 100% every 24 hours. How many resource credits you have depends on how much hive you have staked. Either buy a few hive and power it up (even 5 or 10 hive should give you the ability to make several posts/comments per day) or wait until your first post pays out after 7 days as half of that will automatically be powered up. Until you have more hive powered up, you'll only be able to post or comment a very limited amount.
