Everything can be a reference as long as the year isn't less than 10 years of the current year (except in theories in theoretical framework) Correct me if I'm wrong!
Depende po sa hanap ng prof niyo. Merong iba ang gusto galing sa mga publishing site like elsevier or mga ganun. Tas merong ibang tumatanggap basta research. Pero most likely pwede naman as long as related sa topic
