Four months ago, a virtual friend invited me to join this platform. This person is one of the few friends I've known from our Kiki Time days. Kiki Time, by the way, was a photo-blogging site similar to this one, only that it doesn't pay you with crypto.
Since I got my very first earning, my first $0.01, from that friend's tip, I got excited to know more about this platform. And during the early days of my journey here, I remember, every cent that I received would immediately be transferred to my coinsph wallet. Yes, even $0.01. LOL.
And from there, I would then convert it to peso to secure my money. At that time, I already knew that if I would keep my earnings to the BCH wallet, I could gain a little profit. But due to some epic fail experience in 2019, I chose to convert them right away, and I was able to secure almost 5K pesos with 150 of BCH.
Imagine if I invested the 5K to either BTC or BCH, I could have gained something from it in 4 months, but I did not. I don't have any regrets, though, as I have withdrawn the money and made good use of it. I used the money to pay for my loan.
But since the day I got interested in crypto, I vowed to myself not to touch a single penny of my earnings and invest it instead. I know I don't earn here that much, but 500-1000+ weekly isn't that bad at all, right? One week earnings with only one article a day or sometimes 4-5 articles in a week.
Before all this crypto obsession, I used to dislike any crypto-related articles here. I couldn't understand them, that's all. It's just that there are too many terminologies that my brain cells couldn't take, and reading them was like reading a foreign language like Arabic, Hindi, or Mandarin.
Good thing, there are a few people on this platform who are very considerate enough to explain everything, detail by detail. Since then, I found myself reading a few more. Gradually, I have become quite obsessed with learning more about crypto, and so glad that I did because I wouldn't be able to understand something and gain from it.
Thanks to Bitcoin.com and, of course, @Jane @Eybyoung @Eirolfeam2 @Laurenceuuu and a few others, who inspired me to keep learning, investing, and even try the 2021 challenge.Β Because of them, I am excited for 2021 and do better next year.
So far, I have earned almost 10K pesos on read.cash. With $55.91 in my BCH and $9.27 in my SLP, or a total of $65.18. It's not much, but I will strive for more. I am so determined to make it to $100 before this month ends, which means that I have to try publishing at least two articles a day to reach my goal.
Since my trading journey is still on hold, I will focus on hodling and, who knows, one day, do the staking too. Of course, I will continue trading in the future, but for now, I'll have to focus on the basics first.
So my top priority for this month is to reach $100 in BCH before 2021. I don't know if I can make it since we only have less than two weeks left. Do you think I can? I can if I invest my own money in BCH, but that would be cheating, though. LOL.
And NO, I will never do that because I plan to invest using my earnings from read.cash, and my salary would be for other savings. I do hope that I can make this happen, though. I will try to keep you posted.
