I was feeling so sick. I've had this headache since last night. Although I'm not a fan of medicine, I've had no choice but to take one this afternoon. I might still have to take another one tonight, though. So before the painkiller, I had to eat enough food.

It's usually caused by lack of sleep dear, I also often experience it when I stay up late and sleep only for a while.
