President Duterte stated that he will the first one to try the covid-19 vaccine when its available.

This August 10, 2020 on the statement of President Duterte that Russia is now giving free vaccines to the Philippines and it will be available for the filipino citizens.

He also stated that he will be the first one to try the covid-19 vaccine that is developed by Russia when it is available on the market. He further stated that when the vaccine is okay and has a good result for him then it will be used by the Filipino.
