This early morning a rare event: I have been a pasta maker! Not so expert at all, but I'm quite satisfied with this little production of traditional sardinian culurgiones. Inside potatoes, some kind of cheeses, mint. I will share them with my relatives. 🤞

That’s a fascinating occupation. I learned to make gnocchi when I was in Italy.
