Since the first day I arrived in Lebanon I started to love to take in the morning some versions of mannouche. I even forgot which kind of breakfast I had when I was in Italy 😁 I like so much lebanese food and what surprises me it's that, even if Lebanon and Italy share the same sea, I can find here things I have never seen in my island, like unknown (for me) things, for example fruits and vegetables.

Looks like pizza, but I know, this is something others. I think, this is very taste.

it's a kind of dough. the toppings are many but the traditional ones are 5: - thyme - cheese - kishik (dryed yogourt) - meat - vegetables
Wow, it's sounds great, I would like to taste all variations.

yes, they seems the same but they are not... I want to continue to eat mannouche when I come back in Italy, pizza cannot be the solution 😁
