Today I received a gift and I made it disappear immediately! It is a traditional sardinian pasta, is culurgionis. I know them since I'm a little child, my grandmother, my aunties and uncles, my mother: I have eaten them homemade by almost all my relatives. And many people have eaten the ones made by me, too 😁 They have been and still are my favourite food ever, not only for the taste but for all the memories connected with them. In front of a hot plate like the one of this picture I become a happy guy! Inside there is potato, a kind of sardinian cheesese and mint.
