So this is the SUP (Stand Up Paddle) I'll try. We checked it and it seems very stiff. If you don't read me anymore it means I drifted and my corpse became feed for fishes. 😁

A little bit late to give you a Good Morning 😣 I went early to the beach to try the SUP. The SUP was good, me not so much! But fortunately a young guy noticing my ridiculous falls gave me some advices and so I became mariner enough to explore a long part of the coast, where I found only seagulls and cormorants! Next time I'll try to bring the camera.

Good Morning People 😊 I met this shy seagull chick at the park... exploring the world for the first time! they don't have to be scared of anyrhing, no enemy. Quite the opposite, they can be ruthless killers: I have seen seagulls eating without problem living duck chicks, for example. But at this age they seem vulnerable like every little bird.

Good Morning People 😊 But for me not so much! I'm not a gamer, but after a lot of time yesterday I decided to play again with Skyrim and without realizing it I finished at 5 AM! So now, after having slept for 2 hours and half, I feel to look like a shadow of my former self! 😭

I was late but finally it arrived: the time of my first refreshing cold watermelon of the season. My grandfather was a very enthusiast and expert, he was the official family selector for each watermelon to be eaten. Unfortunately he didn't teach me anything, so now I can simply use the misarable technique to pick up the first one I meet at the supermarket 😞

4 days and we will be able to watch a fantastic glorious final. I'm sorry for Denmark, they underwent a generous penalty and an unlucky injury that left them in 10 men. Anyway... Italy and England will be a hard-fought match and I don't think the result can be predictable now.

Since some years ago I started to walk, 10/15 km, 2-3 times for week. What I understood is that every time something cute happens, maybe simply something that makes you smile, or a person who asks you an information, or a thought that comes to visit your mind. And often I convince some friend of main to join, so we have looong walk and looong talks. I love this. I couldn't renounce anymore to them.

Good Sunday to everybody! Talking about one of the most important of the not important things, today is the day of England vs Italy! I'm pretty sure tonight almost all the italians, even the ones don't care so much, will watch this match: so the whole peninsula and the many islands will have and share the same feelings. I just discovered near home an European plum tree (Prunus domestica)! it's in a public area full of trees and it is very hidden by other plants! The tree has a lot of plums and they are very very delicious. Why do I know? Because I took a lot 😁

I'm in Italy and I get used to pay very few (in my case I spend less than $0,20), so I'm shocked to discover not only Italy has the lowest price... but above all that in many countries prices are incredibly huge! So the sunday plan was sport, because I fight an old and endless battle against a perfidious enemy called overweight 😣 My sporty morning contemplated a long swimming and a long running. The long swimming was very cute and refreshing. The long running became short, because at the 5th km my calf decided to be unfaithful and now is a torn muscle! 😣 Maybe it was better to lie down on the beach and tan like the majority of the normal people. 😒

Often when I'm at home and I want to eat a pizza I can choose a B plan. And this is: Sardinian spianata, fresh tomatoes, fresh cheese, anchovies. After 8 minutes of grilling I add fresh rucola. Often, I need to repeat the B plan twice 😁 I love it.

For me it has been a very cute morning, I spent it on my SUP, exploring costlines for 10 km. I loved the flat sea, the transparent water, the hundreds of fishes and birds I have met. And now I'm going to eat the perfect prize for my efforts: a fry of breaded shrimps with a cold cold cold beer. I don't know what happiness is, but I declare today (till now!) is very joyful 😊

Good Morning People 😉 During the summer there is something I like: my body needs and wants to get up early, even if I went to sleep late. So, waking up is not a problem and I can enjoy the fresh and the beauty of the morning. 😊 On the contrary, in winter leaving my bed is a pitiful and sad moment! 😞 How about you?

I'm happy to have just eaten one of my favourite meal: mussels soup with a lot of toasted bread and a glass of white wine. So even today I walked, very easily, in the direction of my far goal: decreasing the use of the creatures from intensive animal farming and intensive fishing. I know, a single person cannot do so much, but I feel the problem exists and so I feel better if I act in this way.

A new updated Covid19 map has been published by the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control. Sardinia from green becomes yellow... again. Even if Italian Government is keeping us in the white zone (low restrictions), seeing this European map makes me worry for the next future. Anyway let's hope for the best, for everyone, everywhere 🤞

Italy is trying to become a more civil country: in this period they are collecting signatures for a new referendum that will guarantee the freedom to choose how leaving this world. The referendum will be done if at least 500.000 people willl put their signatures, this is why in every town you can find a table like this.

Good Morning Dear Noisers. Unfortunately the season of fires started. In Sardinia we have this problem every year, when temperatures start to be very high. Obviously the reason is "humans", above all crazy people who love to see the world burning... 😣 And so, an island that was a wonderful big forest a couple of centuries ago it's becoming, every year more and more, a sad desert. 😞

When I reach the Marina in the early morning there is no one but animals. Above all birds, like seagulls, hooded crows and ducks. But there is also the King: serious, authoritative, he doesn't move, he doesn't say anything, but he is generous and lets you have the privilege to caress his head, if you want. But without changing his cold regal face, of course. 😊

I was deciding to try peanut butter for breakfast, something I'm not used to do. But when I went to the supermarket I didn't trust the products I found there, so I decided to buy a bag of peanuts to proceed to make the butter by myself, without adding anything else. I get very few butter, but it's very fat! 100g of honey is around 300kcal. 100g of peanuts is more than 600. 😣 I'll try to eat with moderation. 😋

I like it! 👍 Maybe a the taste is a little bit too delicate, so next time I want to try what Elpbuidl suggested, to roast them before mixing. Anyway, I liked the smell, I liked the aftertaste.
