,, After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. And all the angels stood round about the throne, and [about] the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, [be] unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.“

                                                                                                      Rev. 7: 9-12

We have seen in the seventh verse one hundred and forty-four thousand sealed missionaries through whom a large number of believers will be converted.

"Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Zebulun were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand.

It still says:

"By this I saw, and behold, many people, whom no man can number, of every tongue, and of the tribe, and of the people, and of the people, stood before the throne and before the Lamb.

,, And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and [one] sat on the throne.”

                                                                                                   Rev. 4: 2

We see the throne in heaven from which God judges in great tribulation and we see the Lord Jesus Christ or the Lamb of God and before them many people from every nation, language, tribe and tribe. And this many people or believers stand before the throne and serve day and night.

"That is why they are before the throne of God, and they serve Him day and night in His church" this day and night does not mean that there are days and nights in heaven, but it means that they serve non-stop and it says where they serve "in His church". God's temple and it is not the Church because we have seen that it is in the "figure" of twenty-four elders sitting on thrones

,, And round about the throne [were] four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting”

                                                                                                   Rev. 4: 4

This "many people" or a large number of "servants" stand before the throne and serve in God's temple without ceasing, but it does not say what their ministry consists of. Based on what is written here, we can learn that our service to God should not be just on certain days or on special occasions, it must be as a "service" of these "servants", so our communication with God must be non-stop, and in the form of confession of sin, prayer, worship, reading the word of God, witnessing or any other. in other words, our life should be in the Spirit in constant communication with God, based on the merits of the Lord Jesus Christ by the Holy Spirit.

Jesus said:

,, If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will [my] Father honour.”

                                                                                                 John 12:26

And the apostle Paul wrote about this:

",,For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. For he that in these things serveth Christ [is] acceptable to God, and approved of men.”

                                                                                                Rom.14: 17-18

,, For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, ..."

                                                                                                Phil.3: 3

,, Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:”

                                                                                                Heb.12: 28

,, That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear, In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life. "

                                                                                                Luke 1: 74-75

We read that they were dressed in white robes and we saw this topic earlier and studied it in the sixth chapter and we saw that white robes are a symbol of Christ’s justice and now we will just mention who dresses in white robes

,, He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment;…”

                                                                                                Rev. 3: 5

the winners are all those who believed in Jesus Christ received him as their Savior and now in this scene they are in heaven with Jesus. For us this is still the future (in our case the same winners are those who are born again and believe in Jesus Christ) but since we are still on earth we live in the Spirit, we serve God and wait for the ascension of the Church and then we will get transformed bodies and white robes.

We read further, "And palm trees in their hands" Palm trees are a symbol of joy and victory, and here we see that they received palm trees because their sufferings on earth are over and now they enjoy the Lord in joy and victory.

We can see that palm trees are a symbol of joy from the Gospel of John, where Jesus' entry into Jerusalem is described.

,, On the next day much people that were come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem, Took branches of palm trees, and went forth to meet him, and cried, Hosanna: Blessed [is] the King of Israel that cometh in the name of the Lord. "

                                                                                                 John 12.12-13

This event took place on the feast of Senica, which in prophecy symbolizes the Millennial Kingdom, the kingdom of peace that is to come. Those present in Jerusalem at that time thought that Jesus would establish that kingdom and therefore took palm branches which are a symbol of joy, liberation.

We read

,, Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep a feast unto the Lord seven days: on the first day [shall be] a sabbath, and on the eighth day [shall be] a sabbath. And ye shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before the Lord your God seven days. And ye shall keep it a feast unto the Lord seven days in the year. [It shall be] a statute for ever in your generations: ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month. Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths: That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I [am] the Lord your God.And Moses declared unto the children of Israel the feasts of the Lord.”

                                                                                             Levit. 23: 39-43

,, And that they should publish and proclaim in all their cities, and in Jerusalem, saying, Go forth unto the mount, and fetch olive branches, and pine branches, and myrtle branches, and palm branches, and branches of thick trees, to make booths, as [it is] written. So the people went forth, and brought [them], and made themselves booths, every one upon the roof of his house, and in their courts, and in the courts of the house of God, and in the street of the water gate, and in the street of the gate of Ephraim. And all the congregation of them that were come again out of the captivity made booths, and sat under the booths: for since the days of Jeshua the son of Nun unto that day had not the children of Israel done so. And there was very great gladness.”

                                                                                             Neh.8: 15-17

Also, Roman winners and Greek athletes, winners of the games, received palm branches as a symbol of the winner.

And here we see this numerous people in heaven where they hold palm branches as a symbol of victory and joy and attribute their salvation to God:

"And he cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb. "And Carnic's translation reads, 'And they cried with a loud voice, saying,' Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne and the Lamb. '

Salvation is God's sovereign grace and it always begins with God the Father, with the victory of God the Son on the cross and is given to us through God the Holy Spirit and man has nothing to add, salvation is absolutely a complete work of God. God is our will before the world is created chosen in Christ and we read about it:

"According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,"

                                                                                            Eph.1: 4-5

Therefore, all "those who want to be chosen" are chosen because we have a call in Revelation.

,, And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.”

                                                                                            Revelation 22:17

The next thing we read is that angels join in the hymn.

"And all the angels stood round about the throne, and the elders and the four beasts, and fell on their faces before the throne, and worshiped God. Speaking: Amen; blessing and glory and wisdom and praise and honor and power and strength to our God forever and ever. Amen."

The angels join in the praise but the angels do not have the joy of salvation because Christ did not die for them but they are constantly before God and rejoice greatly when some sinner receives Christ.

Here, all together, they give God sevenfold praise ... blessing and glory and wisdom and praise and honor and strength and power to our God forever and ever. Amen."
