And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by [the means of] those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number [is] Six hundred threescore [and] six.”

"And I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb; and he spoke like a dragon. "
After that beast that John saw coming out of the sea, he now sees another beast coming out of the earth. The first beast represented the nations "from which the Antichrist was born". , firmly, firmly, some stable order that "throws out" a false prophet. Every false prophet is a "beast" or a "ravening wolf," as the Lord Jesus Christ says.

So they appear and face the lambs and in essence they are wolves who are ready to deceive and scatter the prey. Further we read that the false prophet has two horns, and had two horns as in the lambs the first beast has crowns on its horns and this one does not.
The horns represent authority or authority and for the Lord Jesus in Revelation it says:

The number seven is the number of perfection and the Lord Jesus has absolute and perfect authority, while here we see that the false prophet has only double authority, religious and political, because he is in alliance with the Antichrist, so he must be in some way a "politician". the church of the last days:

The false prophet will be the leader of this religion, he will be a great philosopher and he will present himself as an "absolute apostle" and a teacher of religion or "faith" and probably everything people know about faith will be from him because he will be the one to interpret religious issues and questions of faith, of course false.
"and he spoke like a dragon." Since this is a false prophet, it is quite logical that he speaks as a "dragon" or Satan's doctrine, and as far as we are concerned, we should recognize "spirits" or not believe everything we hear because there is so much is from "dragon".
In the first John's it says
,, Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.”
1 Job 4: 1
The Bible gives us clear advice and admonitions on how to recognize false doctrines and someone who comes in the "light of angels" and is essentially a servant of Satan. The Lord Jesus also says how to recognize them:

The first genus we are looking for is science because it says:
,, And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that [spirit] of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.”
1 Job 4: 3
So whoever does not acknowledge that the Lord Jesus the eternal Logos became a man without sin is the Antichrist and writes about the false prophet, "and spoke like a dragon." Which means that his speech will betray him, although he will probably hide behind great eloquent speeches in which He may also use quotations from the Bible, but in a context that suits him to deceive the masses. Here is what the Lord Jesus said about Satan:

We said earlier that Satan, the Antichrist and the false prophet are in the coalition, so it is clear what the false prophet will actually say - he will tell lies. And his speeches are aimed at helping the Antichrist and the false prophet will try to imitate the Holy Spirit. mentioned that at that time Satan would imitate the false trinity with the Antichrist and the false prophet so let's see how:

When the Lord Jesus was baptized, the Holy Spirit descended on Him to accompany him and to help him in his ministry, and when the Antichrist appears, his assistant, the false prophet, will also be there.

The Holy Spirit does not speak for himself but glorifies Jesus Christ and the false prophet does not work for himself but helps to glorify the Antichrist.

The Holy Spirit teaches us to glorify the living God by Spirit and Truth
,, But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God [is] a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship [him] in spirit and in truth.”
John 4: 23-24
and a false prophet will teach people idolatry, that is. to worship man and his statue

The Holy Spirit can only speak the truth and we see that a false prophet will deceive people, by the Holy Spirit Jesus performed miracles to demonstrate his divinity
,, But I have greater witness than [that] of John: for the works which the Father hath given me to finish, the same works that I do, bear witness of me, that the Father hath sent me.”
John 5:36
and the false prophet works miracles to "somehow establish the supernatural authority" of the Antichrist, and some people will accept it "as from God," as the miracles of Jesus Christ were once ascribed to Satan.

The Holy Spirit revives, gives eternal life

and a false prophet kills

The Holy Spirit seals with God's seal those who believe in Jesus Christ
,, In whom ye also [trusted], after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,”

while the false prophet puts the seal of the Antichrist on all who worship him

The Holy Spirit creates spiritual unity in the body of Christ
,, Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.”
Eph.4; 3
,, For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether [we be] Jews or Gentiles, whether [we be] bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.”
1 Cor.12: 13
and the false prophet makes a violent unity to make people obey the Antichrist
"And he made all, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, and gave them a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, that no one could buy or sell, except he who had a mark, or the name of the beast, or her name number "
Rev. 13: 16-17
"And all the power of the first beast was before him; And he made the earth and those who dwell on it bow to the first beast that healed the mortal wound. And he performed great miracles, and made fire come down from heaven to earth before men. to do before beasts, "
This passage often mentions "and do", which tells us that a false prophet will be a very successful miracle worker and he will use it in front of the unsaved. In the Bible we find records that miracles and signs were confirmation for God's people that a prophet and his teaching from God but that was the case with signs and wonders from God and we in our text have a false prophet trying to imitate God and he uses signs and wonders to support a lie to achieve a false goal.
,, [Even him], whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,”
2 Thess.2: 9
And these miracles God will allow to make a false prophet and this is something that has already been seen but now miracles are repeated and many will believe in these miracles and will finally get miracles that they want to see but false and most of them will not be aware and they will serve to glorify the Antichrist.
"And he wrought great wonders, and caused fire to come down from heaven to earth upon men. And he deceived them that dwelt on earth with signs, which were given to him to do before the beasts."
And below it says:
"telling those who live on earth to make an icon of a beast that has a mortal wound and stays alive. And it would be given to give spirit to the icon of the beast, to speak the icon of the beast, and to make them kill whoever does not worship the icon of the beast."
This icon of the Antichrist is described in the book of the prophet Daniel and we talked about it, we also said that the Jews will build Solomon's temple in which this icon will be placed "the abomination of desolation" after breaking the "friendship treaty" between Jews and Antichrist in the midst of great trouble .The Lord Jesus says of this:
,, When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)”
Matthew 24:15
So when the Jews see this happening, (who reads to understand) "to be ready to flee because the persecution of the" woman "follows, which has already been talked about because those who do not want to worship the statue of the Antichrist will be killed, or this "icon"

We do not know what this "statue" will look like, but it is written that somehow a false prophet will manage to "revive" it, or maybe it will look like that and many will believe.
"And it would be given to her to give spirit to the icon of the beast, to speak the icon of the beast, and to make them kill whoever does not worship the icon of the beast," but when that happens he further writes:
..And he made all, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, and gave them a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, That no one may buy or sell except he who has a mark, or the name of a beast, or the number of her name. "
Since the world system will be controlled by the Antichrist, what he writes is no wonder, because in addition to the technology that already exists today, this is very easy to report. as they say and that is actually the way to what we have read here. Chipping first started with animals and then today people do it voluntarily but we see that there will come a time when people will have to allow it because otherwise they will not be able to buy or sell they sell and probably don't even work, and who knows what else they will limit so that people will accept this "mark of the beast".
Such a mark will not be received by the faithful who are alive, one part will be "removed and preserved" in the desert and those who are not there and do not want to do so will probably be killed or may die of starvation or some disease because they will not be able to buy necessities of life and they will of course end up with the Lord and for those who will have received the "mark" he writes;
,, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:”

and finally we have:
"There is wisdom here. He that hath understanding, let him count the number of the beast: for the number of man and his number is six hundred and threescore and six.
There are many interpretations and various versions of these numbers about what it could be, so that some thought it was Nero, then the Pope, then Muhammad, Napoleon, Hitler, etc.
From what we have studied so far we have seen that at that time there will be a "false trinity" of dragons, the Antichrist and the false prophet, we also know that the number seven is the number of perfection and completeness and the number of the Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit is 777 and a man's number is six and that is practically the peak he can reach and that is always less than seven and he cannot reach perfection with some effort and knowledge. In our text it says "because the number of a man" means six and since we have the "false trinity" that tries to "imitate" the true God, their maximum can only be 666, and that is still the number of imperfections, but they will still manage to deceive many.
These scams are already being prepared and today we can see "this kind of spirit" in the world and it is a preparation for what we have described so far, he writes:
,, For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away [their] ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”

"Here is wisdom" is the wisdom to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and all these troubles, catastrophes and cataclysms that we have talked about so far will have no effect on us because we have a promise that we will be saved and safe.
The Lord Jesus said that we have even double certainty and it is written about in the Gospel of John:
,, And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any [man] pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave [them] me, is greater than all; and no [man] is able to pluck [them] out of my Father's hand. I and [my] Father are one.”
