,, And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven, And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer: But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets. And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go [and] take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth. And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take [it], and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey. And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter. And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.“

                                                                                                   Rev. 10: 5-11

We continue further ,,,, And the angel whom I saw standing on the sea and on the earth, raises his hand to heaven, And swears by the One who lives forever and ever, who creates the sky and what is on it, and the earth and what is on it , and the sea and what is in it, that there will be no more time "

John now saw an angel raise his hand to heaven and swear by the Creator of heaven and earth. The Lord Jesus Christ is the Creator of all creation, which is why he writes:

,, All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.”

                                                                                                John 1: 3.

,, And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:”

                                                                                                Hebrews 1:10

Below we read what this angel wanted to confirm by swearing, he writes: "that there will be no more time;" and in the New Modern Serbian translation it says, "there is no more procrastination." has blown the sixth angel. So far we have read and studied a lot about the disasters that will happen to us in the future, but the people who will still be on earth then will not repent but will continue to live ungodly and the continuation of the judgment will soon follow and the end is near. this angel swears that "there is no more procrastination". The Lord Jesus suffered a lot, prayed, warned, postponed we even have pauses in the conduct of the judgment but people simply do not want to accept it. Throughout history God has postponed judgment after warning by giving people chance to repent. So it was before the flood:

,, And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also [is] flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.”

                                                                                              Gen. 6: 3

so in the time of Sodom and Gomorrah, God warns Lot:

,, And the men said unto Lot, Hast thou here any besides? son in law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring [them] out of this place: For we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the Lord; and the Lord hath sent us to destroy it.”

                                                                                             Gen. 19: 12-13

and we today live in a time of procrastination because:

",,The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”

                                                                                             2 Peter 3: 9

In the Bible we have warnings not to delay repentance because no one knows when the ascension will be, no one knows when the time of grace or the time of delay will end.

In the Gospel of Matthew we have written the story of the evil servant:

,, But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; And shall begin to smite [his] fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken; The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for [him], and in an hour that he is not aware of, And shall cut him asunder, and appoint [him] his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

                                                                                            Mt.24: 48-51

Then there is the story of the wise and mad girls:

,, Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. And five of them were wise, and five [were] foolish. They that [were] foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. But the wise answered, saying, [Not so]; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.”

                                                                                              Matthew 25: 1-13

Here we have clear warnings to wait, but people today ignore these warnings and even ridicule them, and it is not strange because the Apostle Peter warns and prophesies about this last time in which we live:

,, This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in [both] which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance: That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour: Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? …And saying, Where is the promise of his coming?

                                                                                            2  Peter 3: 1-4

This trend of "procrastination and disbelief" that we can see today will continue until the end, and we have already seen that people in great trouble will not repent, but in the text we are studying we see that there is no more time to procrastinate. "But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel when he blows the trumpet, then the mystery of God will be fulfilled, as he told his servants the prophets," In the days of the voice of the seventh angel when he blows the trumpet, to fulfill the mystery of God, as he revealed to his servants the prophets. "

The Bible records many secrets, starting with man's existence on earth about six thousand years ago, which many people do not believe in, but claim that we became from apes, and then through Satan's evil rule in a world that uses people for its destructive purposes, and it is a secret that Jesus does not yet judge evil in the world, and then the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, so why do we still have a time of grace in which we live, a secret and when Jesus will establish his Millennial Kingdom on earth and then the Eternal Kingdom in who will be ruled by eternal justice, truth and peace.

All that we have mentioned as well as the Church in our time are hidden from the eyes of a large number of people who do not believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and that is why it is a secret. It is a secret for unbelievers and for those who like to read and study the Bible and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. these are not secrets because they have been revealed and they can be understood and the Lord Jesus Christ himself said:

,, He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath. Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.”

                                                                                            Matthew 13: 11-13

We must note that all these mysteries are fulfilled at a specific time and not spontaneously by blind chance as many think. In the Bible we have a recorded situation when the Apostles ask Jesus:

"And they that were with him asked him, saying, Lord, Lord, shall we perish for this? Wilt thou now make the kingdom of Israel? And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath kept in his own power.

or Bakotić's translation

"It is not for you to know the times and the hours which the Father has ordained by his authority."

                                                                                            Acts 1: 6-7

We know from the Bible today that there was not yet time for what the Apostles asked, because in God's plan was the secret of building the Church that God revealed to the Apostle Paul, which is written in Ephesians 3.

,, For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles, If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward: How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ) Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit; That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel: Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power. Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; And to make all [men] see what [is] the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:”

                                                                                          Eph.3: 1-9

So everything is going in the established order, and we see that now is the time from our text that there will be no more delays, but there will be an end to sin, human and satanic rule, followed by the establishment of the Kingdom.

"But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when the trumpet shall sound, then the mystery of God shall be finished, as he hath declared unto his servants the prophets."

and finally to mention that the secrets were revealed through the prophets, which is why it says, "as he told his servants the prophets."

And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is opened from the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth. He goes on to say, "And I went to the angel, and said to him, 'Give me the booklet.' And he said to me, 'Take it and eat it; and it will be bitter in your belly, but in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey.'

Earlier we saw that this book was in the hand of God the Father and it was then closed and sealed, further we saw that the Lord Jesus Christ took the book and only He was worthy to break the seals, then the Lord Jesus gives it to the angel after opening and now John goes to the angel and he gives him the book, and further he writes, "And I took the book out of the angel's hand, and ate it."

We learn from the Bible that the Word is God's food, spiritual food, and we need to "eat" it every day as well as normal food so that we can function normally spiritually,

,, How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth!”

                                                                                        Ps.119: 103

,, But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

                                                                                       Mt.4: 4

And the Apostle Peter counsels:

,, As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:”

                                                                                       1 Pet.2: 2

This "real milk" is God's word and just as that little child, the newborn uses mother's milk to grow, so we need to use the "milk" that God gives us to grow spiritually, and when we grow spiritually then we have "revelations". and information that other people cannot understand. Today we have information from the Bible about what will happen "to the end" and when John received the booklet, he did not know what we know, so we read.

,, and I ate it; and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth, and when I ate it, it was bitter in my belly.

The word of God when studied is sweet because it reveals things that other people do not know, it reveals the history of man which for most people is "covered" because it is not accurately written and presented, it reveals the most important event in history the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ the earth, then all that he has done in connection with our salvation, reveals to us a new time of grace in which we still live and many more sweet things but we also have written down what will happen in the future but for all we cannot say that they are sweet things. In the near future, the country and the unfaithful inhabitants of the country are waiting for very bitter things, but also glorious things, because after that, sweet things will come again.

And that is why John writes

"in my mouth it was as sweet as honey, and when I ate it, it was bitter in my stomach." John received from God what no man before him had probably received, but he also experienced very bitter moments because he was persecuted for the Word of God on the island of Patmos, but it was there that he received a word from God that was "probably as sweet as honey" and it was these revelations that John wrote down so that we would have that revelation today that leads us into the future.

At the beginning of Revelation from the ninth verse onwards it is written:

,, I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ. I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet, Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send [it] unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.”

                                                                                       Rev. 1: 9-11

Since we are in the text in the second half of the great tribulations, "bitter things" are yet to come for the unbelievers, and like John and the prophet Ezekiel or Ezekiel, he had a similar experience, so he wrote something similar:

,, But thou, son of man, hear what I say unto thee; Be not thou rebellious like that rebellious house: open thy mouth, and eat that I give thee. And when I looked, behold, an hand [was] sent unto me; and, lo, a roll of a book [was] therein; And he spread it before me; and it [was] written within and without: and [there was] written therein lamentations, and mourning, and woe.”

                                                                                       Ezekiel 2: 8-10

So the Bible doesn't just write about the "sweet" but it says a full story, and then the "bitter" things are written there, and that's why people need to hear what awaits our world in which we live, so that people don't panic about it. they have already been given another chance and have the opportunity to avoid all these horrors that we talked about and those that follow in the continuation of the study.

,, That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”

                                                                                      Rom.10: 9

"And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings many.

The word of God is not just for one group of people or one nation or one nation The word of God is for all people and this book of the Bible is revealed for all people, we just need to "eat" the daily food that God offers us and from a small newborn child grow up a man who will spend eternity in the Eternal Kingdom and we can say that it is a "sweet thing" but all those who do not want a Savior and do not .. believe in the Lord Jesus Christ "there is a" bitter "thing called Hell.

In order for no one to end up in Hell, God kindly calls:

,, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved ..."

                                                                                     Acts 16:31
