Good evening to all, how are you? Decided to write this one after i had watched it on Eat Bulaga's Bawal Judgmental Segment this afternoon, also 'coz My KJF and I haven't got enough sleep or not sleep much nowadays, lol, on his side, 'coz he thinks too much, while on my side, it's 'coz i'm trying to be active here and on noise too and been watching Stigma of the Wind again, that's why, lol, hope you will like this article of mine here again, somehow i know, some of the user, rather most of the user here can relate to this article of mine here today, hope so, lol. Sleep Disorders is......

It's a group of conditions that affect the ability to sleep well on a regular basis, whether it's caused by a health problem or by too much stress.

It can have a negative impact on energy, mood, concentration and overall health.

It can be a symptom of another medical or mental condition.

It can also affect your performance at work, caused strain in relationships and impair your ability to perform daily activities.

    Below's The Types Of Sleeping Disorders

Insomnia- an inability to fall asleep or to remain asleep, can be caused by jet lag, stress and anxiety, hormones or digestive problems.

          Potentially Causes The Following

1. Depression

2. Irratibility

3. Weight Gain

4. Difficulty Concentrating

5. Impaired work or school performance

                      3 Types Of Insomnia

1. Chronic- When it happens or occurs on a regular basis for at least a month.

2. Intermittent- When it occurs or happens periodically.

3. Transient- When it lasts or lasted for just a few nights at a time.

Sleep Apnea- Was characterized by pauses in breathing during sleep, a serious medical condition that causes the body to take in less oxygen, can also cause you to wake up during the night.

                                2 Types 

1. Obstructive- A flow of air stops because airway space is obstructed or too narrow.

2. Central- A problem in the connection between the brain and the muscles that control your breath.

Parasomnias- A class of sleep disorders that cause abnormal movements and behaviors during sleep.

               That Includes The Following

1. Sleepwalking

2. Sleeptalking

3. Groaning

4. Nightmares

5. Bedwetting

6. Teeth Grinding or Jaw Clenching

Restless Leg Syndrome or RLS- an overwhelming need to move the legs, sometimes accompanied by a tingling sensation in the legs, can occur during the day but most prevalent at night, and the exact cause isn't always known

Includes/Associated With Health Conditions

1. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder or ADHD

2. Parkinson's Disease

Narcolepsy- also characterized by Sleep Attacks, that occurs or happens while awake, means that you will suddenly feel extremely tired and fall asleep without warning, can also caused Sleep Paralysis, which may make you physically unable to move right after waking up

     Associated With Neurological Disorders

Multiple Sclerosis
