Good evening, It's me, Bheng again, just finished doing some chores here and now, with another article to write, share and publish here again at read.cash, they say, you should not just say it but do it as well, me, if i say something, i mean and do it, lol, so here it is :)
A person usually values multiple things but there is always that one thing that is greater than anything else that it absorbs every ounce of his attention and lasting enough to inspire him to his last breath. It is something that no one or nothing else in this world even comes close to it for him.
For some, it is by being actively going to the church, that may sound extreme to some and others might ask if that is pragmatic. How can they sustain that kind of conviction amid the evident worsening condition of the world they live in? What motivates them for being so? Is it still based on the teachings of the Bible?
How valuable is it to be a member or be in a church? The answer lies on how valuable the church or being a member of it is. The apostles proclaimed that the Lord Jesus Christ purchased or redeemed His Church with His blood, only through the blood of Christ can one receive forgiveness of sins and the right to serve God and the Lord Jesus Christ made such a supreme sacrifice for His Church and that clearly proves that, for Christ, His Church is special, if it were not, then why had Christ done so?
When Christ purchased the Church with His blood, it means that He gave His life to redeem His Church, this shows His great love for the Church, for He taught that the greatest love is shown when one lays down his life. He Himself showed it through His sacrifice. In Ephesians 5:25-29, Apostle Paul testified, thus: " Husbands, love your wives just as Christ loved the Church and gave His life for it. He did this to dedicate the Church to God by His word... in order to present the Church to Himself in all its beauty - pure and faultless, without spot or wrinkle or any other imperfection. "
What else should one do to show that he truly loves the Lord Jesus Christ and His Church? Christ Himself teaches as recorded in John 15:4, Christ teaches that one should remain united to Him as branches that are connected to the vine. That is equivalent to remaining as parts of His body or members of His Church, a person who is truly convinced that he must love and value what Christ loves will remain in the Church whatever he encounters in his life. He will never leave the Church or do anything that will result in his expulsion because he fully knows that if he would be separated from the Church, he would be like a branch cut-off from the vine and unable to bear fruits of righteousness or give glory and praise to God. Therefore, one's services to God, his labors and sacrifices, will only have value in His sight if he is inside the Church and remain in it until the end.
Encountering troubles and sufferings is inevitable, however, those who truly love Christ have a firm resolve and do not allow their zeal in serving Him wane and they do not stand to lose. The Lord God, the Father of our Lord Jesus, is just and He will do what is right. He promised that He will give solace when His Son returns, and what the Lord God will give is none other than the eternal life in the Holy City.
Bheng here again, my father told me before, that you don't need to go and be in the Church every sunday, be the Church and that's right and believed him even before, doing, following and applying what Jesus Christ and the Bible taught us and sharing it to other people is a good thing to do nowadays not just they learned and knew the God's word, message and law but also the teachings, lessons and love the God has for all of us, hope you enjoy this one, have a good evening and night to all and hope you had a good day today, God bless and good night to all, be safe, be positive and stay home and always remember, God is good and God loves us :)
