Good evening to all, how are you, did you had a good day today? Me, nah, but going to be alright, lol, never had my afternoon nap too 'coz i can't sleep, in fact, not sleeping much now, lol, have a good evening and night soon to all and a good dinner too.
Pandemic might affect and had a bad effect to all of us but it also had a good effects to all of us and to name or cite or state few, we became creative, thrifty, value and appreciate our time, life and Family and Friends and to recycle the food or leftover food that we had on our previous meal or dish, the good and can be eaten again meal or dish, also to be maging matipid sa lahat ng bagay na puwede pa pakinabangan o kainin and that's what i did this morning as My Mother went outside and wasn't home yet when i woke up so i cook our food and rice here again, lol

I've cooked Sarsiadong Isda this morning as our dish or ulam for lunch here. A leftover food last night, the fish are galunggong, it was deeply fried so i decided to cooked and recycle it and make or turned it as Sarsiado, lol plus i also include in it the few pieces of pork meat that was also a leftover food yesterday, thankful that we had a small and personal ref here so hindi nasasayang ang kanin at natirang ulam namin dito. Guess i made an experiment this morning 'coz it has fish and few small pork meat in it, lol
I was the Chef for the day here or this morning, lol. What i had cooked this morning was one of my favorite dish or meal here and glad that i can cooked somehow, not that good like My Mother does but at least i know how to cook, right, lol.
Sarsiadong Isda is a dish that includes fried fish, beaten egg, piece of tomato, garlic and onion. Once cooked, it will turned out to be fish in egg and tomato soup kind of dish. Some might find it not good or like My KJF said, a nasty one but he doesn't know that it was delicious and somehow healthy too, lol. I guess, most Filipinos like this kind of dish.
So, like i said, being in the pandemic taught us to be creative and to recycle our leftover food or maging matipid lalo na sa pagkain o natirang ulam natin. Was a proud Chef this morning as i cooked the dish well and so delicious and healthy too, lol
