Bheng here once again, when i was still a kid, my parents told me to go to sleep early so i will grow n have a good immune system, i don't know y n what am i going to get for sleeping early n as i grew older, i understand the result y n now, i hope the rest of the members out here r getting a good sleep as well.

Get sick less often.

So to those who aren't getting a good sleep, u should try to get a good sleep starting tonight, i, myself will try this as i am not getting a good sleep since i'm not working, lol
I sleep 4 hrs a day. 😥. And I know it's not healthy.
