Benefits of having a good sleep

Bheng here once again, when i was still a kid, my parents told me to go to sleep early so i will grow n have a good immune system, i don't know y n what am i going to get for sleeping early n as i grew older, i understand the result y n now, i hope the rest of the members out here r getting a good sleep as well.

Here's the reason y we all need to get a good sleep.

A good night's sleep is incredibly important for your health.

It's as just as important as eating healthy n exercising.

It can improve concentration n productivity.

It can maximize athletic performance.

It affects glucose metabolism n type 2 diabetes risk.

It improves your immune function.

It affects emotions n social interactions.

Get sick less often.

Stay at a healthy weight.

Reduce stress n improve your mood.

So to those who aren't getting a good sleep, u should try to get a good sleep starting tonight, i, myself will try this as i am not getting a good sleep since i'm not working, lol

Yes, it's not healthy po, the best sleep is 8 hours po, although if u only slept for 4 hours, u should drink vitamins or food supplement po u n will be still healthy po

I do though. Eat nutritious foods. Buti nga kahit papaano. Seldom lang ako nagkakasakit. As in once a year lang kapag nag change ng weather.
