Barrio Fiesta's happening n celebrating here in Philippines, mostly in every provinces here in the philippines, in a certain month.

Barrio Fiesta's also known as neighborhood celebration n a gathering of Filipino culture through which different Philippine neighborhoods celebrate their Patron Saints.

Barrio Fiesta's a time of joyful n happy n alive celebration for Filipinos, who cooks heaps of hearty food n throw open their doors to visitors, n parade n dance in the streets.

In every province, there's different Barrio Fiesta's event, here, according to my mom, there's something like a contest or a pageant n the family or relatives or friends of the candidate will have something like a betting or selling of something or a donation or a solicitation.

According to my mom, before when Barrio Fiesta's happening, the candidates family/relatives or friends will put a long table in their place n put something on the table n the betting will be done or started n the one who got the highest or higher bets or wins in it will be able to have or take the said candidate for a dance n that event or thing will continue until such time that the contest winners or candidate will be announce n there's also a street dance.

I, myself experienced n saw that kind of Barrio Fiesta here in Boracay n in San Jose, Romblon also known as Carabao Island or Hambil n it was a good, alive, colorful n happy celebration i've ever experienced, just watched it n those who r dancing that time, lol, i'm the so called, nagbubutas lng ng bangko sa isang tabi o sulok that time, lol, 'coz my feet r both left or i don't n can't dance, lol n more of a watcher n sitter that time rather than a dancer, just sitting while eating n listening to music, lol, i never liked it before but now, since i've been here for almost 12 years now, i liked it already, lol n got used to the noise or sound of it or the loud music it has everytime it's happening or being celebrated by the people here n to the other island n glad n happy that i experienced n saw it myself, lol n by the way, street dance in the dialect here's sadsad n it's too bad i can't do it even though i wanted to do it so badly, lol

It's me, Bheng again, saying, it's already past 4pm now n soon, it will be evening n night again, hope u had a good day today n cloudy tuesday afternoon to all, bit lazy again today, lol, though i made myself to washed the dishes we had used in eating this lunch time n the ones that my mom used in cooking n got the same routine here again, lol n now, will try n have a short nap, lol, nkakaantok ngaun dhil mkulimlim n prang uulan din kc ngaun d2, lol, God bless to all n brb soon :)
