Bibingka and puto bumbong Our famous goodies during Christmas especially during Simbang gabi or dawn masses... After the mass, people will eat this bibingka and puto bumbong with ginger tea.. to warm your body from cold morning.. It has been a tradition here... Althiugh, i haven't been doing simbang gabi for years now.. but i am sure there are still stalls near the church selling this goodies.. cooking it the old fashioned way.. the traditional way ... hot coal below and above the pot clay 😁 The picture i shared was cooked tge modern way 😁 Happy Bkessed Sunday 🥰 #bestfriendalice💟
