MARK 12:44 teaches us that God adores the one that are truly committed to Him.
Being a follower of God is definitely a difficult mission because it truly requires sacrifice, dedication, faith, courage, and desire to be able to deal with it properly. It was never really to easy to obey everything thing God wants but it is the challenge that God gave to shape our lives. The reading talks about Jesus who sees the woman with a greater offering than the greater people at that time. Jesus said that the woman offered more than she can afford than those false teachers that are just putting on a show. The woman is so poor but still she managed to give whatever she can offer in the name of God. The point here is that even though you are really having a rough situation right now, as long as you have a true solid commitment to God, you are greater than the wealthiest people. You are more blessed and you are truly committed no matter what. God sees our action and He knows what are going through so He knows the magnitude of our desire for Him.
