Decided to restart the routine of drinking a cup of hot water in the morning and in the evening. Last time I did this in February / March and it was full of benefits for my mood and body. In Summer it didnt feel right, but now as its getting cold outside, my body told me "hey, restart this!" 🙃 They say it comes out of japanise and ayurvedan tradition, dont know exactly. Anyway it has a lot of benefits for health.

Message to @simon I discovered a little german translation issue in the "three points menue" "Spenden Sie" in the 2nd and 3rd screenshot. You should remove the "Sie" it sounds very strange. Only "Spenden" would be much better In the 4th screenshot its okay, because its used in a whole sentence "to donate to somebody" Hope this was helpful

Another nice sunny autumn day. Had to make a date for the yearly car inspection and they have a very fine coffee shop with a sunny place to sit outside. Couldnt resist to take a coffee break with an espresso 🙂 The car inspection will be in 3 weeks. Hope it goes well without big things who need to be fixed, so I can drive for another year.

Wished my phone could take better moon photos, but have to post it. Good morning noisers. One of those mornings where I woke up more tired as I was when I went to sleep 😅 you know this feeling? Maybe its already the fullmoon we will have tomorrow? Hopefuly a coffee from one of my favorite coffee cups helps to awake me. How many favorite coffee/tea cups do you have??? I have some I really love and choose them depending on my daily mood. This one I have for a very long time, almost 30 years I guess. Have a good start into this new week!
