My favorite quote is: 'It's not to late and you are not to old' https://noise.app/chaosmagic23/8kxz5xzk Often said when people complain about working out. I saw people over 70 working out and doing stuff which I can't do. But this quote fits also in other areas. You can always learn something new for example. Saying I'm to old seems like giving up in life to me.
