Quality over quantity.

We must keep in mind that quality is better than quantity in many aspects of our lives not the other way around. What are the scenes that might happen if the quality is sacrificed or if we choose quantity over quality? Business side: Customer satisfaction is in question. Let's take for example a small business owner, on the first week of their operation she was overwhelmed of the vast orders and she accepted them all even if she was already tired and the orders are piling up. She ended up serving almost raw food and even kept customers waiting for almost an hour. Result: Customer will no longer come back and would just look for other cafeteria or restaurant which offers the same food. Business continuity is at risk. Customers may come and visit you once out of curiosity but because of poor customer service and dissatisfaction they will no longer return. Result: Opportunity loss and possible bankruptcy or business closure. Possible loss rather than gain. If a business used low quality materials like for example in building their offices or their equipments, they might end up repairing repetitively which is very costly and might eat up all their gains; resulting to loss. Result: Potential closure or bankruptcy of the business. There are so many scenarios to mention but I am just too sleepy to enumerate them all. But it we want our business to succeed, to stay longer and have the potential to grow and expand, we should: Listen to your customers. It is important to listen to customer's thoughts, their experiences and their feedbacks. That way you can see and list down things or actions that you need to improve to. Take their comments or feedbacks as constructive criticisms. They said it for your own good not to drag you down. Analyze the customers actions and the data. It is best to have at least a monthly monitoring of your sales, customer count and items that are fast moving and slow moving. That way you can decide what to focus to in terms of customer service, and on what items/services that are no longer necessary. Have a specific and long term goal. Always keep in mind the mission and vision of your business. Why you started in the first place. That way, you will be reminded regularly and you can focus on the tiny details and means to achieve that goal. Slowly but surely. People come and go and that is very much applicable in business. So we should always find ways to keep customers coming and returning. Lead image js mine. #originacontent
