Vina is the 2nd of the 7 siblings, she graduated BS Accountancy but failed the board exam twice. Since she was too shy to ask for another chance because her aunt who works in the US supported them financially and the tuition fee for review is also costly. She decided to find her first job. Luckily, she was able to land in her first job in a private company as an Accountant. She enjoys her new atmosphere and she was happy that finally she can now provide for her family. Every payday, she sends a portion of it to them. But year 2013 when her family was tested, her father had a major heart operation which led them to borrow money from their relative abroad. It was a successful operation. But that situation gave her aunt the idea of setting up an arranged marriage for her. One day, someone called Vina while she was in the office. She was surprised that it was an overseas call and he introduced himself as Jayson. Jayson is her aunt's neighbor in the US and they were really close that's what he said. He mentioned that he saw Vina's picture at her aunt's house, it was displayed in their living room. So he got interested and asked Vina's contact number. He became a regular caller, he was honest of his intention but Vina was only 21 years old then, still young and trying to find her purpose and enjoying her life. The sound of relationship and marriage bothered her. She informed her father about it and to her surprise her father already knows about Jayson. Her aunt already informed them and that she already concluded that Vina will accept him. What annoys Vina more was that her aunt, her cousins keeps on calling her, telling her to grab thee chance so she will be able to help her family and might bring her father there as they have a more advanced technology. Young Vina was so stressed and confides her problem to some of her officemates. One day, after a call from her aunt she could not help but burst to cry that Warren her close friend or a secret admirer run to her and asked what happened. He thought that Vina was pregnant and he even offered her to be the father of her 'child'. She explained to him everything and he wanted to help her by acting like Vina's boyfriend. He thought that if her aunt knows that she is already in a relationship she would stop bugging her. Vina then started to cancel all calls from Jayson and her relatives abroad. She would not want to talk to any of them. But worst scenario came, her aunt became indifferent and started to tell her father that why will I not choose to sacrifice for our family. She began to upbraid and count all the help the she provided for Vina and her family which hurt her father most. Vina was firm with her decision and told Jayson to find someone more deserving of him. The guy sadly accepted her answer and did not bother her again. Her aunt did not talk to her for 2-years because of that. Vina's life became happy again and continued working and helping her family in her own little way. ...^•^... Your decision today will have a great impact to your future.
