Today, I missed a chance to witness the sunset Fear won over my passion Fear because I was alone, I could not bring my daughter even if she wanted to It was drizzling and I am afraid that she might get colds But I kept looking at our kitchen's window I saw yellow, gold, then reddish or hot pink colors Peeking through the tree silhouettes Even if it just a glimpse, I knew that the sunset was again gorgeous Then when I go out, this was what I saw A pink/purple sky! ...^•°... Sometimes in life, fear is stronger than our will and desire That we tend to just surrender and let it overshadow us We fail to make extra effort or move to conquer that fear Not because we are weak but because we are strong enough to admit to ourselves that we're human We are also entitled to feel that Not everyday is good day right?
