Starting our October with a picnic by the beach, a special request by my two little buddies. A very simple snacks prepared by me. The sweetest Ate! Jac cried earlier when her playmate went home and brought a catboy toy. Yuri saw how sad Jac was so she decided to re-create or draw the toy and added some more to make her cousin happy. Hope that Jac would be happy with these when he wakes up! The beauty I captured earlier while we were waiting for the food to be served. We attended a birthday party earlier without notice and attendance because I am not aware the mother of Yuri's friend is celebrating her birthday today😁. Anyhow, not only my eyes were filled with joy with this cloudscape but also my tummy. It was almost 8 when I finally convinced the kids to go home. They enjoyed eating and playing with their friends. I thought Yuri could not make it to school today because when she woke up she was coughing so bad. She insisted to go to the beach early because it's good for the lungs. Before going to bed last night, Yuri had one request and that was if she could draw first. And since it's only 8:30 pm, I let her be. After a while she showed this super cute artwork that she made. That's her and her cousin Jac who was selling ice cream and Yuri was her customer🙂. Then she slept with a smile on her face after. It's almost weekend and here I am not happy with the trade I did.. 1 minute they are green and then after it turned so red! Hope it will change later…

I was in the rice field earlier as Yuri and her friends were busy playing with their slides. As I was watching them, this golden sky caught my attention. I was totally blown away! This is not just a pot of gold but the whole sky turned into gold! How can I complain when God is telling me through all these that I am beyond blessed! Time to bid good night noisemates! A neighbor throw this hanger and when hubby saw it, he immediately asked for it. He brought this at home and turned it into a beautiful lamp! How cute right? A windy Monday in this side of the universe, how's the weather in there noisy peeps?

For others a defective hanger should go to waste but hubby thought otherwise. He requested for it from the owner and brought it at home. After a while, the hanger turned into a pretty lamp! Magic!!! Jamming at the Casa last Sunday. It was the birthday of the vocalist of their most requested band and she chose Casa to celebrate this special day. She serenade us with her soothing and sweet voice. Star Scout! Yuri had fun yesterday during her first ever activity as a Star Scout. She really had fun and she actively participated in all the activities. And guess what, she won the Most Neat and Best in Output award! She was too happy when she heard her name being called. And when we got home, she immediately showed to everyone her awards. Oh, how time really fast and I am so proud to witness every milestone of my little darling.

My little darling won the Best in Output award yesterday in their first Star Scout activity. The teachers gave them something to color. She was too happy when she heard her name and receive the award on stage. I can see how her eyes sparked and her smile was too wide. Yuri is very fond of making her own version of tablet and cellphone using cardboard boxes. One time, she brought one of it in school and I saw her secretly playing under her table. When we arrived home, I told her not to bring it any more as her teacher might catch her. Yuri said, she would not worry anymore if brownout strikes again in school because she made her very own fan. She saw another cardboard box from the grocery items yesterday and she could not help but grab it. It was a successful birthday celebration for my sister. I am super tired because I was the one in-charged in the kitchen but when visitors arrived and started eating, I am relieved. Went to the beach earlier with my niece Kc and I was shocked to see what Neneng left. Seaweeds and a lot of rubbish along the shore. The waves are still high ad scary but the weather is now fine and sunny. This calls for another coastal cleanup drive this coming weekend especially in Casa de Comida since there will be an upcoming event. Well, at least everyone is safe from the typhoon. It's harvesting time again and I can't wait to finally smell the aroma of the freshly milled rice being cooked. Good thing our local government distributed portable rice mills. Farmers don't need to wait for the long queues, very convenient. Anyway, it's been raining since last night and this weather makes me feel lazy. How's the weather there noisemates?

Here at a motor show. My first time attending and oh boy, there's a lot of motorbikes in different categories. I am not a fan but my neighbor joined and we are here to support him and his family. Hoping that they will win awards later:).

Still here at the super loud but fun motorshow event. I found this Beluga scooter cute and I think it might win in their category. These toys for big boys are really something; from the lights, pipes, and other details, I could say that it's no joke. They put so much effort, passion and money to make each motorbike standout. A very successful event indeed!

An earthquake just shook this side of the world and we were scared, so scared actually. It was stronger than the last time. Yuri was sleeping already and I had to wake her up. Hoping that no more aftershocks. Thanking the Lord for protecting us all.

Yuri won in the popularity contest for Ms. United Nation in their school and as a very supportive family we asked a family friend to sew a dress for her. We choose South Korea to be her costume because of her chinita eyes and she loves BTS and Black Pink. This gown is not yet finished, this is just the base. I am excited to see Yuri in thia lovely dress.:)

Yesterday was a blast!!! Our Yuri was so beautiful in her Korean dress, it perfectly fit on her. Oh, what a joy seeing her so confident and enjoying her moment in the stage. Her dress was made by a family friend and I must say, he is a genius! Now, time to face a mountain of laundry😁

Last night, the Halloween party was a blast even if it rained. Customers and models were not bothered by the rain and just enjoyed the show until 2am! When I saw my uncle around, I asked him to landscape the front of Yuri's classroom. Since it was raining all day yesterday, they started it and now it looks cleaner and pleasing unlike before which is a little chaotic. Minimalist garden is 💚💚💚!

Yuri and hubby went to the market yesterday and as usual, he can't say no to our unica hija when she wants to buy something. They bought these sea creatures. Yuri was not contented playing with them alone, so she converted her shoe box into a nice underwater or aquarium like design. Hmmnn, in fairness, it looks really good!! What can you say noisemates?
