Yesterday's view at the beach; cloudy and windy. Nice weather to eat soup but my brother offered ice cream instead. Who am I to not accept, its free!!! My very own version of sweet and sour lapu-lapu, with periwinkle on top!!! Trying to be pro and to make my housemates smile before tasting it. Achieved!! A proposed wine bar just under our stairs. Hubby drew it as I am slow at picking and imagining in verbal. Now, I am in quest of finding the right slab for this project. Samsung inspired wood phone for Yuri! She has been requesting her dad to make one because the one she was using was a plastic toy. Good thing daddy has this wood and just drew unicorn as the screensaver then added some phone details including the brand. Yuri was so delighted and excitedly showed it to her friends.🙂 Isn't it cute? How's Monday noisemates?

Passed by at this bountiful mulberry tree of our neighbor and before picking some ripe fruits, I took advantage to take a shot. They said mulberry is healthy so I might asked a branch from my good neighbor so I can have one at our backyard too. Do you like mulberries too noisemates?

Missed another sunset today because we went swimming early. I planned to go back to capture the sunset but I totally forgot about it when a neighbor came to visit us. Me and my little princess will have a date tomorrow. She has been asking if when can we have a mommy and daughter bonding and so we have decided to have it done tomorrow! A day in the park. We had a windy weather, a bit cloudy and only few kids around. Yuri and Jac enjoyed playing around, using all the facilities all by themselves. A perfect bonding moment of these two cuties. Our mother and daughter bonding is postponed but Yuri had a great day especially when she saw and tasted spaghetti and jolly hotdog. A special cake for our Auntie Bely today!!! She just turned 66 today and what better way to surprise her but with this specially made cake for her. Nanang gave me 66 pesos which I put under this cupcake. Now, I am excited to see her reaction when she sees this one. Each day is a celebration, so we should make sure that it will be a blast! Yuri created her own phone version using card board box, bond paper and my phone. She copied some apps and drew it on her phone. How cute!!! To support her and show that we are proud of what she does, I pretended to open the camera of her 'phone' and took a selfie🙂. ..^•°.. Just woke up from afternoon nap and we are ready to eat dinner.

Recycling at its finest! This hanger like wood has been hanging in my garden since pandemic and since my hubby has been looking for something to build, I thought that he might be able to think of something good out of it. And I was so right, he turned it into an amazing and unique lampshade!!! When my brother saw it, he wanted to bring it to Casa and sell it. Another work-in-progress if my ever determined, creative, and super hard working hubby. He could not sleep without completing some tasks and so for today, he managed to finally build our wine bar! Plus, a lampshade! Some more finishing touches before we will finally transfer it to it's proper place and can't wait to share it with you my dear noisemates! Early to rise! Yey, finally woke up earlier than Yuri and this time I was able to capture Mr. Moon before Mr. Sun will rise. All were busy cleaning-up while I am busy capturing moments like this for documentation purposes. (I was in-charged of taking photos kasi:)) That is why, I have no picture of what I did earlier for the coastal clean-up drive. But I am so happy that we did this drive again and I hope that with or without such event, we will maintain our environment clean and free from rubbish. After an almost 3-hours cleaning, I deserve quick dip at the beach! Whoaah, so relaxing!!!

What a very scary morning! That was one strong and a bit long earthquake we experienced today. We were on the upper level of our house and about to start with our lesson when house started shaking. I immediately approached Yuri and hugged her tightly while praying. News said that Vigan is the epicenter of the earthquake and it's only 30 mins away from us. Praying for no more aftershocks and even tsunami scare.

The sea is so serene No trace that an earthquake was felt There were still aftershocks until this afternoon But thank you Lord because they were just mild Reports showed that there are no tsunami alert. Last night, we felt another shaking of the earth Yuri was too scared that she jumped off from her chair and hugged me so tight We slept downstairs with mother because that would make her feel better She even told me this morning to not sleep in our room yet And she just wants to go back when there will no longer be earthquake for 2-3 consecutive days. New designs from Yuri's accessories! She asked me if I can design flower out of the seed beads that she have and so I searched in Youtube for simple ways to create one. It's so easy to make, just that there was again an earthquake so we needed to go outside of our house for safety. The two other designs were made by Yuri herself, they're cute right? When she showed it to her resellers, they were excited to order🙂 ...^•°... How are you noisemates?
