Wedding day! A beautiful setting for a special day at the beach today. We were not able to go for an afternoon walk but my Facebook feed is filled with pictures of a dream wedding of our neighbor. 9 years ago when my former company partnered with BIR with the Premyo sa Resibo project. And I am lucky enough to be the audit representative during the launch. I got to see a lot of actors of the Philippine industry including Mr. Probinsyano himself, Coco Martin. A day well spent with my loves! Not so much of gadgets today and I must congratulate myself for a job well done! Hubby was re-arranging the old woods at the backyard yesterday when he saw this nice looking trunk/wood. He immediately grabbed it, cleaned it and drew a hummingbird in it. Voila!!! My mother bought tofu (for the 1st time in forever!) from Manong Magtataho this morning. She never tried cooking nor tasted it, but because my aunt told her that it's healthy and that my hubby would like it, so she bought 1 pack. She passed on the task to me and I also have no idea how to cook it because just like her, I never tasted tofu before. My sister brought home a coral from her husband's townhome. I was looking for a texture subject this morning that I could share in photo stock app when I noticed this cat shaped coral that seemed guarding this reef. Lunch at Casa de Comida! My sister's mother-in-law and her amigas dropped by before heading back home to Manila. Of course, what better way to treat and appreciate Ilocos but to lead them to Casa and enjoy the scenery and the good food. They said, they will surely come back!
