Plenty of kitchen for today, until the evening ha ha. Shrimp tails, with green pasta in sauce. And a dress rehearsal for Easter cake, somewhere they also call it Pinca. Pinca or sirnica is a traditional sweet Easter bread that is served in the vast majority of homes on Easter morning with cooked ham. As our country is beautiful with a thousand faces, it is not surprising that one and the same cake / bread in different parts of the country is called differently. I call my pinca.
