Greetings to people around the world. Sarma is being prepared. We had it for the New Year, but we all love it so much, so it’s not hard again. The origin of sarma is from Turkish cuisine, but it has become so popular in Croatia that it has become an indispensable traditional winter and New Year's dish. The word sarma means "howling" from the Turkish word sarmak - to wrap, wrap, bend. And wrapped in minced or minced meat with the addition of bacon, onions, garlic, rice and spices. The advantage of this dish is that it can be prepared a few days before serving, and it is nicely complemented by boiled or mashed potatoes.
