Hello friends, please, serve pancakes. Another classic. There are a lot of tips and versions of pancakes, but you shouldn't complicate them either. You will read that mineral water needs to be added, so you often come across a recipe that contains 4, 5 eggs, but these are not pancakes for me. You may think the more eggs the better the pancake mix, but you will make a mistake. If you put more eggs in the mixture, the pancakes will actually be tough. The golden rule for a good pancake besides the mixture itself is just the pan. Yes, you read that right. The pancake pan must be just for them, not that we sometimes fry an egg or sausage in it.
