Understanding Life

And all of a sudden

Everything I have learnt so far

Is rendered useless

By one moment of realization

But this time you start again

And you're not left blank

Like the day the rug was pulled

While you were in happy land

Avoid change and you'll be lost

For all would've moved forward

While you sit there and mourn

The youth and childish humour

What if I die ignorant then

For I may not agree with you

But life is a subway station and

My stop is next; you coming or going somewhere else?
