  An attorney with a nasty reputation for behaving like a rabid pitbull was out on the ocean one day with some clients. A big wave hit the boat, and he fell overboard. "Help, I can't swim!", he shouted, and began to flail about in the water. The rest of the boat's passengers watched in horror as several large shark dorsal fins poked above the waterline, and converged on the struggling attorney. Imagine everyone's surprise when, instead of the expected bloody feeding frenzy, the sharks swam under his body and gently lifted the man above the water, making sure that his head was safely held up high enough for him to comfortably breathe. The sharks carried him like this all the way to the beach, only stopping when the water was shallow enough for him to stand up on his on, then they turned and swam back out to deeper water. Once the boat had docked, and the clients were able to meet up again with the attorney, they all asked him, in utter amazement, what exactly had happened out there on the ocean. Why had the sharks behaved in such an odd way? To which the attorney simply replied, "Professional courtesy."

    Brilliant. You know, I actually come from a family of lawyers.. my grand-father, my father and my two uncles all chose that path. Just me, the odd one, chose to go for a science career..
