Ok, so I finished my first training program with Garmin coach, over 13 weeks. Somewhat mitigated by the experience, I had hoped for more personalized feedback and insight. But still ok. Before I used the Adidas miCoach and was very satisfied, but they discontinued it. What I did not like is that they give you instructions based on your running speed and not on heart rate; that is pretty tough if you don't run on flat terrain but through hills and valleys. Any feedback and pro tips on using Garmin coach? #Fitness

I get my exercise tearing open bags of cookies or chips, so I'm afraid I can't give you much advice. I would say that any exercise is better than no exercise at all, as long as you aren't overdoing it and stressing your body to the point of injury.
That's indeed a basic wisdom I fully agree with and part of my fundamentals. Just trying to go one step further make most of the time I spend on exercising :)
