Startups willing to do projects in Web3
I was approached by one of the start-up companies. They wanted to do some web3 projects to add them to the portfolio of their company website. Many companies have started doing this because they would like to enter into the crypto space. Some countries also try to have their base in countries like Malaysia or Singapore which is a crypto-friendly country and easy to deal with the government and taxation.
Some projects are funded by people already in the web3 space and would like to do more innovations. If the startups already have enough funding to explore the web3 space, there are so many projects available out there that need developers. It can be taken up and done.
Startups would like to be ahead in the race
The biggest thing these days is AI and blockchain technology. Web3 is popular and many companies have started exploring web3 and would like to place their entry into the web3 space. Many MNC companies have allocated a huge amount of funds to AI exploration and also in web3 exploration. Some of the existing products in the market are also having a huge need to have some AI components integrated into their products. Some products do it religiously and some product do it for the sake of doing it and saying that they are also into the latest technology.
There has been a huge downtrend this year in onboarding new employees to the companies. Many companies have stopped recruiting new employees to their companies. Only on a dire need basis recruitment is happening. Companies that have new needs or the ones working on hot clients continue to hire new employees for their teams. Otherwise, in most of the companies, there is a silent layoff happening. All these funds are taken to the AI and ML exploration. They are trying to see how they can make use of AI and ML and in their product so that it can be made interesting for the next generation of users.
Web3 is another feather in the hat
Some start-up companies would like to directly get into the business that deals with web3. To welcome them, there are also a few blockchains that promote and fund people who are ready to invest in their blockchain. They pay companies to build stuff on their blockchain. This way there will be more use cases for the blockchain they have created and this will also be beneficial for the companies. It will be a win-win. Anyone with a great idea for a web3 project can approach these blockchains and get a good deal done.
There is a small challenge here and not all the blockchains are successful. If this was the case before 5 years, there would have been a huge success but today we have so many blockchains available and it can be very hard to be successful even if we have a great idea and if we build wonderful stuff. Marketing is something that can help to a greater extent but more than marketing the product should also be excellent to get a good reputation in the fast-changing world.
