The exact origin of the first film is difficult to discover, because people made a somewhat full film earlier.
The Eternal Historian, along with other countries, agrees that the first film was made in the late 1800s. During that period, several finalists can be in the race for the first film. Thomas Edison, William KL Deacon and many others appear there.
However, the first film was broadcast on October 14, 1888. It was made in England and produced by Louis Le Princess. It lasted 2.11 seconds and was called "Roundhai Garden Scene". This is a short no film made by the project.

On September 13, 1890, L. Leprance disappeared in France while traveling by rail. Neither his body nor his luggage was found during subsequent searches. The inventor’s son Adolphe Louis fought for his father’s film to be recognized as the world’s first film. However, he failed in the legal proceedings. And after the trial, he was shot by an unknown person. Truly a plot for a detective thriller!
Leprance’s story is not well known. Most people consider the Lumiere brothers to be the inventors of cinema.
I remember when they filmed the train entering the station, it was also one of the first movies, people in the cinema got scared and quickly ran outside. I hope that one day the cinema will have an audience again, as it used to be.
