Squid with spring onions

Ingredients for 4 people

800 g of cleaned squid

80 g Gussnela Dolcela

150 ml of oil

300 g of spring onions

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon grated ginger

1 clove of garlic

100 ml of rice wine

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon Vegeta

Preparation

1.

Slice the squid and mix with the starch flour and fry in oil in a wok .

2.

Fry the squid over high heat, then remove the fried squid from the side (and discard the oil).

3.

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into 4 cm sticks.

4.

In a wok , add sesame oil, fry the chopped onion, add the grated ginger, garlic, 1 tablespoon of Vegeta and pour wine.

5.

Add another tablespoon of soy sauce.

6.

Return the squid and fry briefly.

Serving

Serve with braised rice.

Advice

Sesame oil withstands high temperatures and is used in the preparation of wok. When preparing wok dishes, meat and / or fish is always rolled in some kind of flour (or breadcrumbs) to keep it crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
