This appetizer is easy to make and very tasty. Personally, I like to serve hot, but it can also be served cold.
Ingredients for 4 people:
500 g Tomatoes
50 g of soft butter
5 Eggs
200 g grated parmesan
salt and ground black pepper
Preparation

Tomato of medium size, hollow out. Make sure the tomato is a little firmer.

In each piece of tomato, put 10 g of butter, and add pepper and salt. Put such a tomato in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Take the tomatoes out of the oven, and pour the egg into each tomato. If desired, a teaspoon of Vegeta can be added. Grate parmesan or cream over the tomatoes.
4.
Return the dish to the oven for 20 minutes.
Serving:
Serve in a plate and decorate with primrose or arugula. The dish can also be served cold.
