Nature park Biokovo, Croatia

The biggest decoration of the central Dalmatian coast and its only nature park is precisely this imposing mountain. The more than 1,500 meter high peaks are so close to the sea and the mountain cliffs rise as steeply and steeply as few anywhere in the world. The rugged mountain cliffs of Biokovo give the coastal area the desired freshness for the summer heat and offer a number of gifts of nature for its true lovers. Today, a pleasant road leads to the Nature Park, including the highest peak, 1,758 meters high Sveti Jure, from the shores of the Makarska Riviera and from the interior of the Dalmatian hinterland.
