Moussaka in a slightly different way

For those who are on a strict diet like me, this is nothing new, just an idea instead of buckwheat flour, instead of cheese, sour cream .. balance yogurt, I can say it's even nicer than classic moussaka, it can be eaten hot and cold , with a nice salad and corbica, a complete meal. Now I combine everything, so here are some ideas for those who would like to clean up a bit, and along the way to lose a few pounds :))

Ingredients

600g zucchini

700g white meat, minced

1 onion

1 carrot

2 breading eggs, buckwheat flour

spices , dry spice, pepper, turmeric, parsley, oregano, basil, red pepper

400g yogurt balance, probiotic

3 eggs

Preparation:

1.

Peel a squash, cut it into slices the thickness you like when you cook them, I like them to be crispier, add salt, roll each slice in buckwheat flour, then in an egg, then fry in a little oil. Place the baked slices on a napkin and tap on top to absorb all the fat.

Cut the onion into cubes, sauté, then add the grated carrot, meat, when the water evaporates and add all the spices to taste, remove from the side to cool a bit, then add one egg, stir.

For the dressing, mix yogurt, eggs and a little salt.

Take a baking tray, oil it, arrange one layer of fried zucchini, half of the meat, pour over a few spoons of topping, then again zucchini, meat, dressing, finish with zucchini and spread the remaining topping over the entire surface. Bake at 200 degrees.

ovde nema sta da bude neukusno, samo bih dodao, nema potrebe da jogurt bude probiotik jer temperatura pecenja svakako pobije sve dobre, kao i lose bakterije, najbolji je jogurt koji imaju vecu gustinu bar po mom iskustvu
