History od Zadar

Zadar's history goes back three thousand years when it was mentioned as a settlement, while Zadar has been an urbanized center for two thousand years.

Since then Zadar has been one of the most important cities on the Eastern Adriatic and it represents an inescapable destination for adventurers, poets ans writers. Its streets, squares, the waterfront, churches and monumental heritage unveil its antiquity on every step you take, while modern installations are a vision of contemporantity and inspiration for new travellers. Three thousand years ago the bases have been set and the adventure has  already started then.
