Grilled cuttlefish salad

Ingredients for 4 people:

80 ml of orange juice

1 tablespoon lemon juice

100 ml of olive oil

1 clove of garlic

600 g small cuttlefish

100 g pitted olives

600 g cucumbers

200 g small tomatoes

5 zlica nasjeckanog persina

1 teaspoon vegeta

grate oil

Preparation:

Cuttlefish clean, wash and dry on absorbent paper. In a suitable bowl, place the tomatoes cut into quarters and pitted olives. Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Add it to the tomatoes. Heat the grill racks well, coat with oil and place the prepared cuttlefish on them. Bake them on each side for 3-4 minutes, remove from the grill, sprinkle with vegeta and add to the tomatoes and cucumbers. Mix olive oil with crushed garlic, parsley and orange and lemon juice. Season sliced ​​vegetables and grilled cuttlefish with this mixture.
