Every time we go to our godfather's birthday party, my younger son asks "Will the godmother Rose bake her fine potatoes?" And since she already knows it’s our favorite dish she always prepares it. That's how it got its name, and we had to look for a recipe.
Ingredients 5 people
1-1.5 kg of potatoes
1-2 carrots
2-3 eggs
2.5-3 dcl of milk
Vegeta, salt, pepper, oil
ground sweet red pepper
fresh parsley (or dried)
Preparation

Put boiled potatoes in their shells. I choose less to cook sooner.
While the potatoes are cooking, cut the carrots into cubes and cook it.
When cooked, peel it and grate it on a grater (as well as strudel apples).

Oil the protvan, put the grated potatoes on top, stir in the boiled carrots, then beat the eggs together with the milk and spices (vegeta, salt, pepper, sweet red pepper, parsley leaves) and pour all over the potatoes. Shake slightly to mix the liquid with the potatoes.
Place in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for about 20-25 minutes to bake well.
Serving
Serve as a standalone dish with a salad or with some meat, we had a barbecue. For us, this is very nice and just without anything.
